With firsthand experience of the changes that take place during and after pregnancy our team of instructors can guide you safely through an exercise plan at any stage of your journey. We offer a variety of services to suit you and your needs whether it is one to one, with a friend or in a class situation. Becoming a parent for the 1st, 2nd or 5th time it’s never too late to ensure you stay fit and healthy. We run classes in the Newport and Cardiff areas offering gentle exercise for pregnant mothers.
Many first time mums are often nervous about exercising during pregnancy, however as long as you have no problems and your GP has cleared you to continue exercising we can guide you through the stages of pregnancy.
