Fit4You Personal Training is based at This Is Fitness. A specialist one-to-one, semi-private personal training and exclusive group exercise studio located on the Staffordshire Technology Park, just two miles away from the town centre of Stafford.

This Is Fitness is a completely private personal training studio meaning you will often have the gym to yourself with your trainer. This will allow you to workout in total comfort and confidence and maintain focus throughout your session.

The Gym features the following amenities:

Open Plan Area

An open plan area for activities that require a lot of space such as Circuit Training and Group Personal Training. Soft, rubber flooring covers the majority of this area meaning it is perfect to perform floor work safely as well as absorbing high impact activities.

Gym Area

A fully equipped gym area for all your personal training needs. There is a wide range of plate loaded resistance machines and free weights to give you the perfect mix of strength, cardio and functional training. At the front of the gym is a large astroturf area, which can be used for sprint and sled work activities.

We have a number of facilities dedicated to looking after our clients. Free car parking within a 'hop, skip and a jump' of the main entrance. Complimentary bottled water to hydrate you before, during and after your workout. Complimentary fresh fruit and nuts to graze and replenish after your workout. Accessibility to a number of exclusive group exercise classes and sports massage also available on-site.
