Postnatal Fitness Training aims to re-tone the pelvic floor to reduce the risk of stress incontinence, re-tone the abdominal muscles to increase strength and enable them to support the spine and regain figure, develop good technique in basic daily tasks essential for back care, correct/regain good posture, enhance self-confidence, and facilitate weight loss.
